Bananas were eaten, but not yellow ones! They were only available in red and green! (Yellow bananas were accidentally discovered in the 1800's- they are the sterile form of the fruit and must be grafted from the original tree to produce!)

A week long class was followed by a day at the Utah Renaissance Festival in Marriott-Slaterville. Check out the great stuff we did and saw!
Mummies and Music
Hands-on experiments with mummification were a great pre-cursor to our "Mummies of the World" exhibit trip!
And learning about the composers before attending a symphony rehearsal made the music come to life!
